1.1 Administrative Process

Considering Fayol, Stoner and Koontz, we base the Administrative Process steps:

1) Plan

2) Organize

3) Coordinate

4) Direct

5) Control

For some authors, it is only 4 steps, but personally, we think that Coordinate is essential to align the Objectives, Vision and Mission of the Company, among others. In addition to that it is a point of balance within the process. We understand the Administrative Process as the series of steps to follow for the correct Administration of an Organization.

The Planning is a logical-analytical process, within the left hemisphere, that involves the historical and / or current information necessary for decision-making. We essentially support on statistics and numbers.

The Organization is a logical process, within the left hemisphere, that establishes how we are going to achieve the objectives, the series of paths that we will use to reach them.

The Coordination is the axis that transmits the pertinent information to each area within the organization, to achieve the objectives. It also serves to align the members within a work team.

The Directing is an artistic process, residing in the right hemisphere, which allows us to guide towards the objectives of the organization, thanks to our perception, which is framed by beliefs, filters, experiences and paradigms, among others.

The Control is the process by which we measure and / or review that the results obtained are as expected, if not, the necessary adjustments are made.
