We begin by explaining what we understand by The Decision Making, as follows: "It is a process of input, analysis and output of information, within which, we choose the Decision that best suits our thinking, experience, perception, beliefs and mental filters , among others."

In the world of Top Management, The Decision Making is an indispensable task; of normal and frequent use.
